The series YHW lubricating oil conditioning units, which are developed for different types of engines, motor or transmission test bench, consist of pneumatic proportional adjustment three-way valve, stainless steel plate heat exchanger, oil circulating pump, oil pressure regulating pipeline, stainless steel pipeline and etc. The opening degree of proportional control valve is adjusted via PID adjustment to realize temperature control of engine lubricating oil. The unit adopting the unique design can realize temperature control in spite of different manner of taking engine lubricating oil.
The series SHW coolant conditioning device, which are developed for different types of engines and motors test bench, consist of pneumatic proportional adjustment three-way valve, stainless steel plate heat exchanger, expansion tank, SIMENS PLC control system, stainless steel pipeline and etc. The opening degree of proportional control valve is adjusted via PID adjustment to realize temperature control of engine coolant. The unit adopts the flexible design, the circulating pump, electric heater and other accessories are optional according to user needs.
According to user’s special requirement, CAMA can manufacture a variety of non-standard test equipments necessary for different engines and automobile parts, such as test equipments for engine cylinder head, the inertia of the flywheel and engine turning test bench.
